Chapter 2. The second rule – healthy eating
Not one dozen books, articles, blogs, etc., are written about healthy eating in our time. Of course, every woman should understand that by eating, she feeds not only her body, but also the body of her future (not even conceived) child. She actually sculpts his health. All kinds of chemical compounds that we are accustomed today to eat, directly affect the quality of health, life and self-esteem of the child in this world. This should be understood not only by the woman, but also by her partner. Unfortunately, in most cases, the nutrition of parents with chips, confectionery sweets and synthetic drinks leads to the fact that a person feels uncomfortable in this world, restlessly, not in his place namely at the level of his body, and therefore, of the psyche. His body consists of artificial alien elements, which, accumulating in the body, can gradually lead even to changes (mutations) at the gene level (!).Today we cannot deny the fact that many diseases that have the status of chronic, hereditary and incurable became significantly younger. And the matter, first of all, is that a person voluntarily feeds himself, his family, and his children with unhealthy, unnatural foods.
However, the central rule of awareness in the life of a person is vegetarianism or not killing of living beings to eat them. Today also a lot of the most diverse, sometimes controversial, theories are put forward about vegetarianism. Basically, we can distinguish 3 main reasons for refusal from an unhealthy diet (refers to eating meat, poultry, fish and eggs, as well as cheeses containing a rennet enzyme). These reasons correspond to three levels of our development: physical, energetic and spiritual.
Physical level. Here we are talking about our health. Many people complain today that vegetables and fruits that go on sale are not only not useful, but even harmful to health, because they are treated with various chemicals. At the same time, everyone understands that vegetables are processed with pesticides and other compounds for several reasons. Firstly, to protect against spoilage by insects. Secondly, for a longer preservation of the product, this helps sellers to increase profits. Nevertheless, the question remains: why do people, who really look at the processes of trade and business of the food sector in general and care so much about their health and the health of their children, absolutely calmly buy at the same time “meat” from the shelf of a supermarket or butcher’s shop?
Dear friends, wherever you buy meat today, in a store or even on a farm, you should know that in 95-98% it will be “flavored” with antibiotics and hormones. Why? Because the situation on the planet with livestock is the following: even the most “green” farmers in the most cases cannot afford not to feed cattle with these
additives. The land cultivated for livestock breeding occupies the most of the land on our planet. With this density of livestock, none of the farmers can afford to risk a possible loss. If at least one animal gets sick, the epidemic can mow down all the livestock in a few days. It is necessary to understand that maintaining certain sanitary conditions with the quantity of livestock that is usually fed in slaughterhouses for constant commodity turnover is practically unreal.
The systematic use of antibiotics along with the meat of dead animals leads to a reduction, malfunction, and sometimes functional (irreversible) changes in the human immune system. Especially vividly and destructively it affects the fragile children's bodies. Children begin to get sick more often. And in critical situations, when treatment requires taking of antibiotics, this blow on the immune system is applied absolutely in vain. The body no longer perceives these substances; it is too accustomed to regularly consume them in food.
In addition, the greed caused by modern imposition of all kinds of consumption and competition leads entrepreneurs to the conclusion that meat should “ripen” and be sold as quickly as possible. This will increase the turnover. How to make meat grow? The answer is very simple and frightening - hormones. It's not a secret to anybody that taking hormonal preparations causes serious structural changes in the work of the body. Usually for body weight gain, female and male sex hormones are used: progesterone (pregnancy hormone), estradiol and testosterone. Male individuals get female hormones by injections, and female individuals get male hormones. As a result, we get genetic freaks - middle-sex animals, who, as a result of their illness, gain weight very much. And now ask yourself what will happen to your body and your baby's body if you give such injections at a dinner table to them every day?
The results of the effect of hormones on the body are given in hundreds of scientific studies. Probably, it is impossible to find at least one organ or system of organs on which this would not be reflected. Officially the use of hormones in livestock is prohibited on the territory of Russia and Europe. But every kilogram of meat is profit. Who will give you a guarantee that the piece on your plate has not been exposed to these poisons? The use of hormones, however, is allowed in the US, which creates a real threat of lifting the ban on the use of hormones in other countries. This dangerous precedent is a long and carefully prepared platform for the “Overton window effect”. In order that over time the unacceptable will become permissible and will destroy us.
So, it turns out that in the entire chain of meat production only we ourselves can influence the situation and prevent harm to our health. It depends only on our choice, will this poison get into us or will not.
Moreover, as we know, demand creates supply. The less the demand for such products becomes, the less its production will be. The land that livestock now occupies will be returned to forests and fields. Water resources, 90% of which go to
the maintenance of livestock areas, will again feed the land for people. Have you ever wondered how is it possible, that in the 21st century, with all the development of scientific, technical and information progress, when we prepare an expedition to Mars and approach the invention of a teleport, there was a problem of hunger on Earth? Is it really impossible to solve it? The answer is - it's just not profitable. It is not beneficial for developed countries that need slave labor. It is not beneficial for corporations, not beneficial livestock breeders, and so on. It is not beneficial for them when children in the whole world have food. And their most powerful weapon in achieving this goal is we.
Energetic level. Everything is even deeper on the subtle level of energy impact. We all know that water is one of the most powerful information carriers. The crystal lattice of water atoms varies under the influence of various kinds of energy. Experiments are widely known when demonstration of positive and negative emotions of a person led to qualitative changes in the structure of water. Also, from the school bench, everyone knows that a person is almost entirely composed of water. Blood and lymph in the body of human or animal are the main fluids. Accordingly, their structure largely depends on the emotional state of its carrier and its surroundings.
Do you know what emotions the animal that is being beaten to death feels? It is an animal paralyzing horror that any person will feel at the level of instinct in a similar situation. Now imagine the situation, when the animal is being killed, all this information remains in the piece of meat that you bought. And you put it in yourself and your child. Can we say in this case that such recipients will become adequate personalities, but not a fear-driven herd?
In addition, animals are at an incommensurably lower level than a person by the level of consciousness. The main fuel of their life is the instincts of survival and reproduction. And namely this worldview forms in a person under the informational and energy impact of animal meat. It is no accident that there is a certain category of people who consume meat without blood. So that you could imagine how this meat turns out, it's enough to describe a picture with a similar slaughterhouse. It is known that after killing an animal, its body no longer functions, the blood stops moving due to cardiac arrest and freezes. It is logical to assume that to squeeze this blood out of the animal, if it stiffens, is a difficult task. What do they do in this case? They hang up a living animal, rip it out and wait until as much blood as possible flows out of the living (!!!) body. And when the heart stops as a result of death, the remaining organs are simply squeezed out like wet laundry. In this situation, a natural question arises: can people, who contribute to the committing of these daily brutal tortures and murders, count on the fact that the Universe will favorably treat them and their children? Here we move on to the next, to the deepest and subtlest, level of impact.
Spiritual (karmic) level. At the karmic level, the impact of eating slaughter food (whereas today even in such cold highland countries as Tibet, there is an opportunity to make up your diet from plant products) is displayed most seriously. Of course, the law of karma (the law of cause and effect) presupposes that what we do with the world around us will be committed to ourselves. This also applies to the fur industry, to making things from genuine leather and to any unworthy, ungrateful attitude towards our lesser brothers. All the great saints, no matter to which spiritual or religious tradition they belonged to, told about the inadmissibility of killing animals to satisfy the desires of man. The universe gave us our body, raised and nourished us. Committing such acts, we show incredible ingratitude and disrespect to this world. Accordingly, our planet reacts to such behavior with all sorts of excesses: wars, epidemics, natural disasters. As a result, a person destroys himself. In addition, remember the old saying: “Children pay for the sins of their fathers”. Thus, while making inhuman unnatural acts, taking away life from a living being for your own pleasure, remember that sooner or later you will leave this world, and your sins will pass to your descendants.
So, we can conclude that a conscious adequate nutrition is the cornerstone of our relationship with the world around us, and therefore, with those souls that will be embodied, will grow and be brought up in our family.
