General recommendations
It is recommended to abstain from having food before yoga classes. If it is difficult, you can drink a cup of tea, cacao or milk before classes.
After light food it should pass at least one hour before you can start practicing yoga, while after regular lunch it should pass at least 4 hours. You can freely eat after 30 minutes of classes.
For best practice experience we recommend to do yoga barefoot on special yoga mat (which are provided in case of need). It is necessary for avoiding sliding and enhancing experience.
Any natural clothes that are free enough to practice yoga is ok for classes.
