Yoga tour in Bhutan

Mastering various techniques for remembering past lives in the places of power

April  13 to 22, 2018, 10 days

We will go to a yoga tour to places of power of Bhutan.

During the trip, we will learn and master various techniques for remembering past lives.
In the places wh ere the great yogis and yoginis of the past practiced (Padmasambhava, Milarepa, Yeshe Tsogyal and other practicians).  The surrounding atmosphere will help to understand yourself better.
Places of power of Bhutan and Nepal will help to learn the stages, which were recommended by Patanjali in the text of “Yoga Sutra”: pratyahara (distraction from organs of sense), dharana (concentration), dhyana (deep dive into yourself) and samadhi (awareness of the true Self and unclouded vision of the world around).
